Time for the aluminum foil beanie

I try really hard not to be one the many conspiracy nuts. However, it seems harder and harder to resist the pull.  Every day I find new evidence that things just are not balanced.  Today, it was in the form of Ron Paul.  For those of you who do not know, today was the day of the Ron Paul money bomb.

Ron Paul is constantly made to look like a loon.  Okay, so he does not interview well or make good commercials, but he has a huge following.  His politics make sense for just about 70% of America.  However, he is not considered a "mainstream" candidate.

So, I am watching his fund raising efforts; at about 11 am this morning, he broke the online fund raising record.  This should be newsworthy right?  Wrong, not a single major news source picked it up.  I wait awhile, and finally the Washington Post produces an article.  What do they have to say?

Sen. Barack Obama has Oprah Winfrey, Sen. Hillary Clinton has Magic Johnson and Rep. Ron Paul, the online star of the primary race, has Sean Morley, aka Val Venis, the popular adult film star-turned-WWE pro wrestler

What?  The first major news media report is talking about a WWE porn star that happens to support Ron Paul?  That’s so one sided it makes me sick.  What about Bill Maher or Barry Manilow?  If your going to mention Sean Morley, you should mention that Jenna Jamison supports Hillary right?

Now its, 8 PM and I check the news again, a total of 11 reports (7 from large media outlets) on this money raising miracle.  Now I find out that Digg is actually censoring anything to do with Ron Paul.  Do a search for "Ron Paul" being censored and you will find some pretty amazing stuff.  He is dropped off of poll results, stories are buried.

This is not just 9/11 type conspiracy stuff either. There is some pretty hardcore evidence out there. All this leads me more and more into the aluminum foil beanie stage.  It really is becoming apparent that "we the people" have really lost our hold and the system and must take it back.

If you have not yet taken the time to look at Ron Paul you should.  He is a constitutional guy, not bought by big corporations, he does not owe anyone but "we the people".  His biggest weakness is that he is honest and straight-forward so he is not entertaining, or maybe he is and he is just censored out.

His whole campaign is a grass roots movement, word of mouth where I live.  I hope that at some point he starts to get noticed by the big media.
